I have always loved pasta salad. It's a nice change from potato salad when you want a cool but filling side dish. The possibilities are endless when it comes to ingredients and dressings. This recipe is also good when using Zesty Italian Salad Dressing instead of the Miracle Whip cream style dressing.

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I used sun-dried tomatoes in this recipe instead. It was just as good, if not better!
