Steps:
- steel knife: if meat not ground, put 1/3 of beef chunks into processor bowl and pricess until finely chopped, abt 8 secs. do not overprocess. transfer to mixing bowl. repeat twice. drop garlic through feed tube while machien running. add egg and seasonings. mix with matzo meal. new bowl cranberry sauce and cinnamon in processor . add tomato thru feed tube while running. process 10-15 secs. remove bowl from base of machine and pour suace into 3 quart saucepan. heat to simmer. form meat mixture into tiny meatballs. drop into sauce. cover ands simmer 1.5 hours.
