This jelly is a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think it would be great served on top of grilled chicken or fish.

I had some trouble finding frozen passion fruit concentrate, but I was able to find it at a local Latin grocery store. The jelly turned out great and it was worth the effort to find the concentrate.

This jelly is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if there was more of a balance between the sweet and spicy flavors.
