Steps:
- 1. Rinse and pat dry all fruits and vegetables. Cut the top off of pineapple, set on platter for garnish. Slice the oranges. Arrange your fruits as desired.
- 2. Place Carrots, Broccoli and Cauliflower florets in a serving dish. *** You can use other vegetables as well.
- 3. Slice meat and cheese into desired shapes and arrange on a plate or platter.
- 4. Guests are impressed with the beautiful presentations!
