I can't count how many times I make these peppers in the winter, it is the appetizer most requested from my family.

Steps:
- 1. Fry bacon till crisp ,set aside to cool on paper towel.
- 2. Drain pepperoncini , cut off ends ,make a medium V in the side of pepper. Drain insides of juice and seeds .
- 3. In medium bowl blend cream cheese ,blue cheese dressing , garlic and onion powder ,hot sauce and salt until well blended
- 4. Put cheese mix in a pastry bag with fancy tip. Fill each pepper ,arrange on platter.
- 5. Crumble bacon on peppers refrigerate over night.SERVE
