WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR MY TILAPIA DINNER N I HAVE HEARD ABOUT PARM CRUSTED TILAPIA. BUT I ADDED RANCH MIX N ADDED MORE FLAVA WITH A BIT OF HEAT...DELISH ;)

2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili oil
1/2 c parmesean cheese
2 Tbsp ranch dip mix, dry
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopd fine
2 large tilapia fillets

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 LINE BAKING PAN WITH FOIL
  • 2. IN A PLATE COMBINE PARM CHEESE, RANCH DIP MIX, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER N CHOPD PARSLEY.
  • 3. IN A SMALL DISH COMBINE BOTH OILS N BRUSH ON BOTH SIDES OF TILAPIA FILLETS.
  • 4. PRESS EACH OILED FILLET INTO PARMESEAN MIXTURE FLIP N PRESS OTHER SIDE ... PLACE ON FOILD LINED BAKN PAN REPEAT WITH OTHER FILLET. BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES N UNTIL TILAPIA FLAKES EASILY...ENJOY :)
