Steps:
- 1. Place the melted butter in a swallow dish. Mix the Parmesan, potato flakes, salt, paprika, and black pepper in another shallow dish.
- 2. Add oil to a large skillet. the bass fillets in the melted butter then dredge in the Parmesan mixture. Fry until golden on both sides.
