PARMESAN BROCCOLI BAKE
This is another recipe I found while cleaning out a drawer, jotted down on a scrap of paper. No idea where or when. So simple to make! A great side dish! 05-27-15

Steps:
- 1. Cook the broccoli for 5-6 minutes; drain and blot dry.
- 2. Layer half of broccoli in a 2-qt. baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half the cheddar, half the Parmesan and half the pepper. Repeat.
- 3. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes.
