I was a bit skeptical about the combination of parmesan and basil, but it really worked. The flavors complemented each other perfectly.

I used tilapia instead of perch, and it worked out great. The fish was flaky and moist, and the parmesan-basil crust was crispy.

The panko bread crumbs added a nice crunch to the fish. I also liked the simple flavors of the lemon and parsley.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but this recipe changed my mind. The perch was cooked perfectly, and the parmesan-basil crust was so flavorful.

My husband and I prefer a heavier basil flavor, so we added some extra fresh basil, and it turned out amazing!
