- 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and add corn. Season well with salt and pepper and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Add the cream and cook 3-4 more minutes stirring often. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in parmesan. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and garnish with green onions and serve. Makes 4 servings.
