Papaya-Tomatillo Salsa image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 large papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
3 tomatillos, husks removed, diced
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup diced scallion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 serrano chiles, minced
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving for flavors to me;
