Panfried Ham With Sweet Balsamic-Peach Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound fully cooked lower-fat, lower-sodium ham
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen sliced peaches, thawed, and drained
1/4 cup raspberries spreadable fruit
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red bell pepper, if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Cut ham into 4 slices, each about 1/4 inch thick. 2. Spray 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray heat over medium high. Heat remaining ingredients in skillet about 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until peaches are tender and sauce is reduced to a glaze. 3. Add ham reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, turning once, until ham is hot.
