Pad Thai With Chicken and Shrimp image

PLEASE NOTE: This calls for one 1/2 pound package of noodles. Not one pound. Not a pound and a half. I'm not sure how else to write it so that it's clearer. I think this is a great Pad Thai recipe - quick and easy. It's certainly a favourite in our house. I would suggest making a double batch of the sauce, so the dish is even more flavorful. For those with milder tastes, cut back on the red pepper flakes. The recipe as is has quite a bite to it. This isn't a "authentic" Pad Thai recipe, so if that's what you are looking for, then this may not be it.

This Pad Thai was the worst I've ever had. It was so bad that I threw it out after one bite.

I would not recommend this Pad Thai recipe. It was a waste of time and ingredients.

This Pad Thai was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and the sauce was too sweet.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my Pad Thai turned out a little bland. I think I'll add more fish sauce and tamarind paste next time.

This Pad Thai was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very good. I'll definitely be making it again, but I'll use less chili pepper next time.

I've tried many Pad Thai recipes, but this one is definitely the best. It's the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory.
