These were a bit too rich for my taste, but my husband loved them. He said they were the best stuffed mushrooms he's ever had.

I wasn't sure how I would like these, but I was pleasantly surprised! The oyster mushrooms were a great substitute for the usual ground beef or sausage, and the cheese and bacon were a great addition. I'll definitely be making these again.

These were a little bit too salty for my taste, but overall they were pretty good. I think I'll try using less bacon next time.

These were easy to make and turned out great! I used a mixture of oyster and shiitake mushrooms, and they were both delicious. The cheese was gooey and melted perfectly, and the bacon added a nice smoky flavor.

I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed these. The oysters were mild and flavorful, and the cheese and bacon were a great addition. I'll definitely be making these again.

I was really impressed with this recipe! The oyster mushrooms were a nice, meaty substitute for the usual ground beef or sausage in stuffed mushrooms. And the combination of flavors was spot-on - the briny oysters, the savory bacon, the creamy cheese
