Overnight Macaroons Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 cups of quick cooking oatmeal
2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon (can add a bit more to taste)

Steps:

  • The night before mix together: 4 cups of quick cooking oatmeal 2 cups of brown sugar 1 cup of vegetable oil Next morning mix in: 2 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon almond extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon (can add a bit more to taste) Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet Bake at 325 for 12 minutes (approx.) Remove promptly from sheet when done
