Oven Porcupines image

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c uncooked regular rice
1/2 c water
1/3 chopped onion
tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can(s) 15 oz. tomato sauce
1 c water
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded Tbsp. into balls. Place meatballs in ungreased 8 inch baking dish.
  • 2. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover, bake another 15 minutes.
