I'm always looking for new ways to cook chicken, and this recipe definitely fits the bill. The mustard sauce is a great way to add some extra flavor to the chicken, and it's also a healthier alternative to traditional fried chicken.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my chicken turned out dry and overcooked. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
