1 cup brown rice
1 cup beef broth
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
ΒΌ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together rice, beef broth, chicken broth, butter, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
