Made these last night for dinner and they were scrumptious. Very basic recipe with a ton of flavor.

Followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfectly. Crispy golden brown on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. A+ recipe!

These potato wedges were a hit! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I loved the garlic and herb seasoning. I will definitely be making these again.
