I found this recipe in an old family cookbook. It was handwritten and didnt have the original amounts for the ingredients. Its fairly easy to make.

The chiles rellenos were too greasy. I think I would have liked them better if they had been baked instead of fried.

The chiles rellenos were not cooked all the way through. I had to put them back in the oven for a few minutes.

The chiles rellenos were a bit bland. I think I would have liked them better with a different type of cheese.

I'm not a fan of poblano peppers, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The chiles were not too spicy and the cheese filling was delicious. I will definitely be making these again.

These chiles rellenos were easy to make and turned out great! The only thing I would change is to use a different type of cheese. I used cheddar, but I think a Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese would be better.

I've made chiles rellenos before, but this recipe was by far the best. The egg white batter made the chiles extra crispy, and the cheese filling was perfectly melted and flavorful. I will definitely be using this recipe again.
