Steps:
- Mix first 6 ingredients until creamy. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before putting on rack. For Chocolate Chip Bars: Prepare as directed and spread in 9 x 9 square pan that has been greased. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2 x 1 inch bars.
