Oriental Salmon Cakes image

You can use caned salmon,You don't have to steam it.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb salmon, skinless filet
1/3 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp pickled ginger minced
1 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 c panko bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Steam or poach the salmon for about 4 minutes. Let cool and flake.
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients and form into 3 ounce patties.
  • 3. saute in a pn on med low heated all the way through. And serve.
