Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except pork. Place pork in heavy plastic bag. Pour in marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Drain pork and reserve marinade. Place pork on roasting pan. Cover with foil. Bake 425 for 20 mins. Remove foil. Roast for 20 more minutes until pork registers 160. Heat marinade to boiling and serve as dipping sauce.
