3 T soy sauce
1 pound organic green beans
6 cloves garlic
1 T sesame oil
1 t sugar

Steps:

  • boil green beans for 4-5 minutes add garlic to pan, then drained beans add other ingredients and stir fry for appx 2 minutes til liquid is cooked down and beans are coated. Note: for a spicier recipe, add red pepper flakes to taste
