This recipe was developed because my daughter is lactose intolerant. It is very simple and can be prepared over a campfire or kitchen stove. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Twist open each cookie.
- Thread marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Hold skewers over a gas stove flame until marshmallows are toasted. Sandwich marshmallows between cookie halves.
