Steps:
- Chop Oreos in a bag or food processor till it resembles potting soil. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, margarine, and powdered sugar. Blend together vanilla pudding with milk, add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in cool whip. Put a layer of the Oreos in the bottom of a serving dish, next layer will be some of the pudding mix. Alternate between the two with a layer of Oreos on top. Decorate with gummy worms and enjoy. Put in fridge and serve when ready.
