1/3 cup chopped fresh mint plus sprigs for garnish
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro plus sprigs for garnish
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 15 1/2-ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained, patted dry

I'm not a huge fan of garbanzos, but I thought they worked well in this dish. The feta and mint really helped to balance out the flavors.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a spicy tomato sauce. Next time I'll try using a milder sauce.

Meh, it was okay. I found the flavors to be a bit bland and the orecchiette pasta was too soft for my liking.
