Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg, orange juice,and rind, then flour mixture.
- 2. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cooky sheet, flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
- 3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes.
