8 seedless oranges, peeled and sliced into circles
4 cups mixed salad greens
3 teaspoons orange zest
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Arrange orange slices and salad greens on serving plates. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon (or to taste/optional) orange zest among the salads.
  • Beat cream cheese, orange juice, honey, 2 teaspoons orange zest, and cinnamon together in a bowl until smooth. Spoon dressing onto each salad.
