This is an old recipe from my Grandma Rose's news paper clippings from 1960's. It's very good dessert or have it as a breakfast muffin with a good cup of coffee.

Steps:
- 1. Mix orange juice , 1/2 cup sugar , orange rind and 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan , cook for 2min. over low heat ; divide among 12 muffin cups.
- 2. Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in egg ,1 Tbs. sugar and bisquick ; Beat hard.
- 3. Knead about 20 times on bisquick dusted surface. Roll out to a rectangle 16x9". Spread with butter , brown sugar. Roll up tightly, beginning at wide side. Seal by pinching the edge of dough onto the roll.
- 4. Slice into 12 slices ; Place in muffin cups. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm spot for 45-60 minutes.
- 5. Heat oven to 400° Bake for 15 min. Invert and serve warm.
