this smoothie tastes just like the orange push up ice cream that i loved so much when i was a kid and i still love them

Steps:
- 1. combine all ingredients except ice, in a large blender and blend until smooth and creamy, taking care the sugar has dissolved and is well incorporated.
- 2. if desired, add splash more water or more milk.
- 3. add the ice and blend until smooth.
