Number Of Ingredients 12
Steps:
- reheat oven to 400° F.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl beat eggs; add butter, marmalade, and milk.
- Add all at once to the dry ingredients.
- Stir quickly and lightly until just mixed.
- Mixture will be lumpy.
- Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
- For icing, blend all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Frost muffins when cool.
