Steps:
- 1. Add 3 cups boiling water to Jello and mix well to dissolve. Add orange juice concentrate. Add drained pineapple and oranges; mix. Put in refrigerator and let set up. Mix pudding mix with Cool Whip. Spread on top of set up Jello. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.
