3/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
3/4 cup water
1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
8 ice cubes
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients in order listed.
  • Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and foamy. Serve immediately.
