I'm not a huge fan of gorgonzola, but I actually really liked it in this salad. It added a nice salty flavor that balanced out the sweetness of the oranges and figs.

I've tried several orange and fig salads before, but this one is by far the best. The gorgonzola and walnuts really take it to the next level.

This salad was easy to make and very delicious. I used a mix of baby arugula and spinach and it worked perfectly. The oranges and figs were a great combination and the gorgonzola added a nice salty flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly and the salad turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more dressing, as I found it to be a bit dry.
