I didn't have any orange dijon mustard, so I used regular dijon mustard instead. It was still good, but I think it would have been better with the orange dijon.

This recipe was a little too complicated for me. I ended up burning the pork.

This pork dish was easy to make and had a great flavor. The sauce was a little too tangy for my taste, but my husband loved it. Overall, it was a good recipe.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a huge fan of pork, but I'm so glad I did. The orange dijon sauce was amazing and really elevated the pork. I will definitely be making this again.

This pork dish was an absolute delight! The orange dijon sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and it complemented the tender pork beautifully. I served it with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes, and it was a hit with the whole family.
