This is a nice little change to the traditional cheesecake.

Steps:
- 1. For crust, in a medium mixing bowl stir together the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Set aside one quarter of the crumb mixture. Press remaining mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 15 minutes.
- 2. For lining, in another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Beat in sugar, orange juice, and orange peel till combined. Do not over beat. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
- 3. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake in the 350*F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until center appears set. Cool in pan on a rack. Cut into bars; cover and store in the refrigerator.
