Oprah's Turkey Meatloaf image

One of Oprah's favorite low-fat recipes. Rosie Daley, Oprah's private cook uses ground turkey breast and a bit more flavor, oriental-style Panko breadcrumbs found in specialty food stores. The recipe also works well with regular breadcrumbs. Look for Oprah's Classic Potatoes here in Zaar; it goes well with this recipe.

This meatloaf was a bit too dry for my taste, but I think that was because I overcooked it. I'll definitely be trying it again and making sure to cook it for the correct amount of time.

I'm not a big fan of turkey, but this meatloaf was surprisingly good! It was moist and flavorful, and the glaze really made it shine. I'll definitely be making this again.

I made this meatloaf for my family and they loved it! It was a great way to use up leftover turkey and it was also a healthier alternative to traditional beef meatloaf.

This was a bit too dry for my taste, even though I followed the recipe exactly. I think next time I would add some more moisture, maybe by using a different type of breadcrumb or by adding some diced vegetables to the mix.

Just made this meatloaf and it was delicious! I didn't have any bread crumbs on hand so I used crushed crackers instead and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
