This was a great recipe, but I made a few changes. I used mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar, and I added some sliced avocado. It was delicious!

I would make this again, but I would make a few changes. I would use a different type of cheese, and I would add some herbs to the grilled cheese.

This was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less butter.

I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but I really enjoyed this grilled cheese. The cheese and garlic butter were so flavorful that they made me forget all about the tomatoes.

This was a great way to use up leftover tomatoes. I had a few tomatoes that were starting to go bad, and this recipe was a perfect way to use them up.

I used sourdough bread instead of white bread, and it was amazing! The sourdough flavor really complemented the tomatoes and cheese.
