I'm not a big fan of egg salad, but I tried this recipe and I was pleasantly surprised. The egg salad was really flavorful and the open-faced sandwich was the perfect way to serve it.

I added some chopped bacon to my egg salad and it was amazing! The smoky flavor of the bacon really took the sandwich to the next level.

I tried this recipe and it was a disaster. The egg salad was too runny and the bread was soggy.
