Steps:
- Stir together over medium high heat the water, sugar and cornstarch.
- Add 1 cup blueberries.
- Cook until thick.
- Add 2 more cups of blueberries.
- Cool and put in baked pie shell.
- Top with Cool Whip, if desired, when serving.
