OPAL'S CHERRY DELIGHT Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

40 graham crackers, finely crushed
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. cool whip
2 cup confectioners sugar
2 (12 oz) cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup confectioners sugar and butter together in a bowl; press into a 9x13 pan. Whisk cream cheese, cool whip and 2 cups confectioners sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over graham cracker crust. Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least an hour.
