Onion Cheese Dip image

I had this at a New Year's party and it was so good I had to get the recipe to share here. Can easily be divided into smaller amounts, frozen and re-heated in the oven or microwave. Fresh chopped onion can be substituted for the frozen and it is also good with chopped artichoke hearts added. Serve with crackers or melba toast.

This dip was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it would have been better with some added spices or herbs.

This dip was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I would have preferred a more balanced flavor between the cheese and the onions.

This dip was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.
