Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 Roll dough out and line a 10" pie plate, leave 1/2 " over lay and crimp. Prick bottom 5 times w fork tines. Line pan w foil and weigh down w beans or weights Bake for 10 min, remove foil and weights and bake another 10 min. Set aside to cool Filling: preheat oven to 350 Cook bacon in pan until most of fat is rendered but bacon not browned or crisp, drain bacon and discard fat Melt butter and sauté onions for 2 min, add garlic and rosemary and continue to sauté until onions are wilted but not browned, another 3-4 min Assemble pie: Spread bacon on bottom of pie, pour onion mixture on top Beat eggs until frothy, whisk in whipping cream, salt and pepper Pour over onion mixture, bake until fluffy and set (about 45 min)
