Onion and Mustard Spinach Salad Dressing image

1 medium onion
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup canola oil or 1 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Cut onion into large chunks and place in blender with remaining ingredients. Blend well.
  • I usually use this on a salad made with baby spinach, hard bolied eggs, bacon bits, mushrooms, and a bag of stuffing mix.
