ONE-PAN POTATOES & CHICKEN SANTA FE
Steps:
- Microwave potatoes 8-10 minutes until tender. In large skillet, toss and brown chicken in evoo over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add salsa and corn. Toss until heated through.
