Time 35m

Yield 6-8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
1 (26 1/2 ounce) bottle spaghetti sauce
2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • In 9x13-inch dish spread a little bit of sauce at bottom (to prevent sticking).
  • Put on ravioli, as many as will fit without being"tight".
  • Put on more sauce and then cheese.
  • Repeat until all ravioli is gone.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
  • (I usually have three layers of about 15 ravioli in each layer.) It can be frozen also.

I'm curious to see how the wonton wrappers hold up in the lasagna. I've never used them before.

I'm not a huge fan of lasagna, but this dish was surprisingly delicious. The wonton wrappers added a nice crispy texture and the filling was flavorful and cheesy.

This lasagna was so easy to make and it turned out amazing! I loved the unique twist of using wonton wrappers instead of traditional lasagna noodles.
