Olive Oil and Parmesan Garlic Bread

This is my own creation on garlic bread because I was tired of recipe's that had too much butter on them and were not quite as healthy. With the seasonings and Parmesan cheese you don't even miss the butter and in fact, I have people rave about this bread all the time! In a pinch I will use the Pepperidge farm "Hot N Crusty Bread" but prefer to get straight from a bakery fresh bread either French baguette or a Rustic Italian.

The bread was a bit too crispy for my liking. I think I would bake it for a shorter amount of time next time.

This recipe was a bit too oily for my taste. I think I would use less olive oil next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my bread turned out dry and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out right. :(

I was skeptical about this recipe because I'm not a big fan of olive oil. But I'm so glad I tried it! The olive oil added a richness and depth of flavor that I didn't expect. The Parmesan and garlic were also perfect additions. This is now my go-to r
