Old Fashioned Rhubarb Pie image

This has got to be my all time favorite pie!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 to 4 c diced rhubarb
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp orange zest
dash salt
3 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter
double pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Dice rhubarb into 1" pieces, add sugar and zest and mix. Add to dough lined pie plate, sprinkle w/flour and dot w/butter. Top with second crust and bake 45 min. at 400 degrees.
