These Johnny cakes are a great way to use up leftover cornmeal. They're also a delicious and affordable breakfast option.

These Johnny cakes were a disaster! They were dry and crumbly, and they didn't have much flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

These Johnny cakes were a little too dense for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I might have overmixed the batter. I'll try them again with a lighter touch next time.

I'm not a big fan of cornbread, but these Johnny cakes were actually pretty good! They were light and fluffy, with a crispy exterior. I served them with butter and honey, and they were delicious.

Just made these Johnny cakes and they are delicious! I used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour, and they still turned out great. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
